Sports Medicine is designed for students interested in fields such as athletic training, physical therapy, medicine, personal training, kinesiology and other sports medicine-related fields. This program includes experiences and practical hands-on application in the following areas: injury prevention and treatment, rehabilitation of sports injuries, taping and wrapping of injuries, nutrition, sports psychology, anatomy & physiology, fitness and conditioning programs, and sports medicine careers. The increase in participating in recreational and competitive sports is growing rapidly in the United States, and there is an emphasis on preventative care.


 The Warren Tech Sports Medicine Program has a goal to raise money to help with the research to cure breast cancer.
